From listing to live page
in days, not months.Whether you're starting with a free listing or going straight to Premium, here's exactly what happens.
1. Submit your group
Fill out the listing form with your group name, location, meeting schedule, and a short description. Takes about 5 minutes. On the form, choose your listing type:
- Free Basic Listing — public listing with group info
- Premium Listing — adds member directory ($1/member/month)
- Premium + Member App — adds private member portal ($2/member/month + $299 setup)
If you select Premium or Premium + Member App, you'll get a link to the onboarding spreadsheet in the form's confirmation message (and a follow-up email) so you can start gathering your member info right away.
2. We review and publish
We verify the group is real and the contact info works. Most listings go live within 1 business day, and you'll get an email when yours is approved.
For Premium and Premium + Member App groups, we publish your basic group info first so your listing is live right away. Once you send back the onboarding spreadsheet, we add your member directory and switch the listing over to Premium within 2–3 business days.
3. Fill out and send back your spreadsheet
If you chose Premium or Premium + Member App, open the onboarding spreadsheet from your confirmation email — it includes instructions for what to fill in. Premium and Premium + Member App use different spreadsheets, so you'll get the right one based on what you selected on the form. When you're done, just reply to the confirmation email with the spreadsheet attached.
4. App setup (Premium + Member App only)
Once we have your spreadsheet back, we set up your private member web app within 2–3 business days. The $299 setup covers getting your app ready, configuring it, and loading in your members. We'll send you a link and sign-in instructions once it's ready.
5. Members get found
Your group page and member directory are indexed by Google. Local business owners searching for groups, services, or referrals find your members. Each member listing also includes a backlink to the member's website, which helps boost their SEO over time.
6. Billing
Free Basic Listings are never billed — they stay free as long as your group info is accurate.
For Premium and Premium + Member App groups, we send your first invoice once we receive your spreadsheet, based on your member count. Premium + Member App groups also have the $299 setup fee included on that same first invoice.
After that, every three months we reach out to check if your member count has changed. If it has, send us an updated spreadsheet with members added or removed, and we'll adjust the next invoice. If nothing's changed, we bill based on your current count.
Invoices are sent through PayPal and can be paid with credit card, PayPal, or Venmo. One invoice to your group treasury — no member-by-member billing.
