How quarterly billing works
We count members
At the start of each quarter, we count members in your directory. That's your billable count.
We send one invoice
Your group treasury receives a single invoice covering three months. Paid via ACH, check, or card.
Members come and go
Add or remove members anytime. Changes are reflected in the next quarterly invoice — no proration headaches.
Example
A 20-member group on Premium pays $60 per quarter ($20/month × 3 months). The group treasurer pays it. Members never see a bill. If the group grows to 25 members next quarter, the next invoice is $75.
