Answered!Is the basic listing really free forever?
Yes. We don't charge for basic listings and we don't plan to. Free listings cover a group's name, location, meeting schedule, description, and one contact email. That's enough to be discovered. Premium just adds the full member directory and the per-member features.
Why per-member pricing instead of a flat fee?
Because it's fair. A 10-member group shouldn't pay the same as a 50-member group. At $1 per member per month, a small group pays $10/month and a large group pays $50/month. The price scales with the value you're getting.
Why quarterly billing?
Networking groups don't run on monthly cycles. Most have quarterly or annual treasury meetings. Quarterly invoicing matches how groups actually budget, and it lets your member count adjust naturally as people join and leave. One invoice every three months instead of twelve.
Who pays the bill?
The group treasury. We send one invoice to the group leader or designated treasurer. Members never see a credit card form. This is the most important thing we do — we don't ask 30 people to enter payment info. We ask one.
What happens if my member count changes?
We re-count at the start of each quarter. Add 5 members in February? They show up on your April invoice. Remove 3 members in May? Your July invoice reflects that. No proration, no headaches.
Can members opt out of being listed?
Yes. Group leaders control who's on the directory. If a member doesn't want to be public, they're not added — and they don't count toward your billable membership.
How does the member app work?
It's a private, password-protected version of your member directory plus a meeting calendar. Members log in with a shared group code, browse other members, see what's on the schedule. It works in any phone browser and saves to the home screen like a real app. No app store, no downloads.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next quarterly billing date and you won't be charged again. Your premium features stay active through the end of the paid quarter, then revert to a free listing. We don't lock anyone in.
Do I have to use the app to use Premium?
No. Premium and the app are separate products. You can have a Premium directory without the app, or add the app whenever you want.
What if my group is part of a larger organization (BNI, Chamber, etc.)?
Most chapters and local groups can list independently. If your parent organization has questions, point them to us. We're not a competitor to BNI or chambers — we're a discovery layer that helps your specific group get found locally.
