Hollis Architecture is a residential and boutique commercial architecture firm based in Denver, with projects across Colorados Front Range. Catherine Hollis founded the firm in 2009 after a decade at a large international firm, with a vision for design that balances ambition with livability.
Our work focuses on contemporary residential design with a strong sense of place. We design homes that respond to their site and to how the family actually lives — not magazine-cover architecture that looks great empty. About thirty percent of our work is small commercial: boutique retail, restaurants, and creative offices.
The firm has been published in Dwell, Architectural Record, and Colorado Homes & Lifestyles. Catherine is a registered architect in Colorado and Wyoming and serves on the board of the Denver chapter of the AIA.
